Be-ribboned


 Carrot cake and lemon cream cheese frosting in swirls, with a bottom layer of rice crispies. Roman colums raise the cake above the fountain, and the sprays are daisies and apple blossoms, with tulle puff backing and green ribbons looping through. Green satin ribbon is wrapped around the cake and held in place with frosting.
The crystal topper (provided by the bride) is resting on a mirror and surrounded by bouquets of the wedding flowers.

Teal Appeal


This cake is a 3-tiered white cake, with raspberry truffle filling and buttercream frosting. Teal bluebells form clusters around the sides and a bouquet, accented with ribbon, adorns the top. Matchinmg teal satin ribbon brings the whole look together.

The top 2 tiers also feature a ruffled garland, overlapped by drop-strings and teal piping.

Winter Wonderland

A good friend asked me to make a cake for her daughter's birthday, just before Christmas. She had this castle set, from Wilton, and thought it would be perfect.


This is a 2 tier, direct stacked cake. Red and green peppermints make up the border, with red and green M&M's starring as the trim around the windows, doors, and on the turrets. This was tons of fun to put together, and even more fun to see the kids faces.
