Let's Go Fishing!

This cute little guy is sitting on top of stacked Lego blocks made of vanilla cake and orange frosting and covered in panels of modeling chocolate. 

Close-up on location with "12" topper added. The figure and topper are sculpted out of chocolate, as are the letters and grass surrounding the fish pond.

Sweet Stripes

Deep chocolate cake, filled with chocolate Italian Meringue Buttercream, and topped with rolled chocolate ganache. A pretty little tulle bow accents the top tier.

Mommy's New Diaper Bag

This diaper bag is a carved cake, with fondant "fabric" pieces. The bottle is carved from Rice Krispy Treats and covered in fondant, and the cute little pacifier is made from gumpaste. There is "stitching" on each of the stripes, as well as the pockets on the sides. The cake board is covered and quilted to resemble a bright, baby blanket.

Mustang Sally

This sheet cake features a sculpted mustang made out of white chocolate. The letters and the plaque behind the mustang are also white chocolate. The client request the top to be scored as part of the design to make for easier cutting.

Pretty as a Princess

A cute little cake for a little girl's birthday. The tiara is made of royal icing, and is painted with an edible silver sheen. Blue jewels made of isomalt, also edible, finish the design.

The Great Debate Cake

This podium cake is for a debate-lover's 18th birthday! Made of chocolate cake with chocolate filling, and covered in modeling chocolate, it's debatable whether she liked the flavor or the design more. The gavel "1" is made of cereal treats with a solid chocolate handle.

Pretty in Pink

This swiss-dotted beauty has custom handmade silk flower sprays, complete with beaded crystals to compliment the bride's tiara and the cake topper. The top tier was strawberry cake with french vanilla filling; the middle tier was vanilla with pistachio filling; and the bottom tier was chocolate with a chocolate mousse filling.
